Webster County Sheriff's Office — Community Support Specialist

Bailey Zaretzke
Community Support Specialist
The Webster County Sheriff's Office Community Support Specialist, Bailey Zaretzke, serves as a vital liaison between the Sheriff's Office and our community. This role is dedicated to providing essential resources to local residents in need and addressing situations that may fall outside the scope of traditional governmental agencies.
These resources may include basic necessities, mental health support, substance misuse assistance, social services, and other health-related needs.
The Community Support Specialist position was created to connect available resources and bridge the gaps that often hinder effective service delivery. While our goal is to address all needs presented, it is important to recognize that not every community need can be resolved directly through the Sheriff's Office or the Community Support role. Nonetheless, we remain committed to being community partners and to doing our part in linking residents to the resources they need.
In response to the need for additional community resources and a dedicated liaison, The Beacon of West Kentucky stepped forward as a willing partner, providing funding for the Community Support Specialist position at no cost to Webster County residents. We are proud to collaborate with The Beacon and are equally proud of Bailey and the impactful work she does within our community.
